Return & Refund Policy – Arabica Hub

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Used or damaged items caused by the customer

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or Cash on Delivery cases will be handled via bank transfer)

6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

  • If the issue persists, reach out to us
